Company Integrity

LDC's staff of supervisors, foremen and craftsmen are well-qualified and experienced employees. The staff includes forty full-time professionals, many have been with LDC for over twenty years. Our low turn-over helps to demonstrate the integrity of the company. LDC's customers are as loyal as its employees. Several clients started with LDC in 1964 and continue to work with LDC as their Design/Build construction company. Relationships such as these are truly the foundation of the business. Winning design awards, increasing our skill base, and close contact with our clients is what keeps LDC ahead of the competition in the mid-Missouri area.

Company principles from left to right: John States, Robert LeMone, and Robert Grove.
