Robert F. Grove, Member
Mr. Grove has worked for LDC for over 35 years;
beginning as a general laborer he worked his way up the ladder to
General Superintendent and is now a co-owner as of January 2000.
Mr. Grove is responsible for the entire production process of all
projects until their completion overseeing each job personally.
Mr. Grove is very active in the community especially when our schools
are in need of an odd job; they know Mr. Grove to get the job done
and have honored him for doing so.
John L. States, Member
Mr. States worked in the field at LDC while studying
at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Mr. States soon moved into
the estimating and sales position, and after graduating Mr. States
stayed with LDC climbing the ranks to Project Manager. Keeping LDC's
labor force working all year long, Mr. States works personally with
each client on all levels, from estimating their job to cutting
the ribbon at their Grand Opening. Mr. States became a co-owner
in January of 2000.
Tracy A. Stock, CIT, CDS, Controller
Ms. Stock came to LDC in 1996 as the Accounts Payable Coordinator. In 1999, Ms. Stock was promoted to Controller. Ms. Stock received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Columbia College in 1995. Ms. Stock is able to track each job through labor, materials, and subcontractors on a cost accounting basis to keep jobs on scheduled budget and notify clients of any major cost changes throughout the life of the project. Ms. Stock is currently the Immediate Past President of Chapter #341 National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) for the central Missouri region. She has two certifications through NAWIC's Education Foundation. She is certified as a Construction Industry Technician (CIT) and Construction Document Specialist (CDS).

Joseph W. Gruender, Project Manager
Mr. Gruender oversees many current key projects
for LDC, notably Woodcrest Chapel and Woodcrest Office. He came
to LDC in 2001 after 12 years as General Manager of a local drywall
construction company and has past experience as a tradesman in the
fields of carpentry, commercial drywall and equipment operator.
He is a member of Ancient Landmark Lodge #356, A.F. & A.M. and
the Aleppo Grotto. He is active in raising funds for charitable
organizations such as the Cedar Creek Therapeutic Riding Center.
Jay Cole, Project Manager
Jay Cole joined LDC in 2007, with twenty five years of construction experience; five of which were spent with Little Dixie in the early eighties, Jay returns from the Kansas City area with experience and knowledge of all aspects of the construction process including becoming a journeyman carpenter and being a building superintendent for several general contractors throughout the Kansas City area.
Carole S. Newman, Office Manager
Ms. Newman began working for LDC in 1994. A graduate of Stephens
College, Ms. Newman maintains employee health and workman comp benefits,
scheduling, advertising and overall office activity, as well as
monitors safety and coordinates safety training in the field. Ms.
Newman is a member of the local Cancer Research Fundraising Committee
and is a volunteer at Cedar Creek Therapeutic Riding Center.
Ginger Taylor, Accounts Payable Coordinator
Ms. Taylor came to LDC in 1999, with eight years previous
accounting experience, Ms. Taylor is responsible for entering invoices,
cost coding jobs, maintaining certificates of insurance, and assisting
with project invoicing and other accounting duties of the company. Ms.
Taylor continues to further her education at every opportunity throughout
her years with LDC.
