in Columbia, Missouri

North Liberty, IA, September 9, 2004 - Kinseth Hospitality Companies, an Iowa-based hotel management company, and Little Dixie Construction, a real estate development and construction company located in Columbia, are announcing the construction of a Courtyard Hotel and Conference Center and Bennigan's Grill and Tavern.  The site of the new complex will be within the LeMone Industrial Park. The Courtyard will have 134 guest rooms and 9 suites.  The hotel's amenities will include:

• the Market: a 24-hour food and beverage area,
• business library, 
• wireless internet accessibility throughout the complex,
• indoor pool and whirlpool,
• lounge with big-screen TV,
• and guest laundry.

The conference center boasts over 6,000 square feet of tastefully decorated meeting and banquet space for up to 500 people.

The 210-seat Bennigan's Grill and Tavern, a casual dining restaurant will provide a "cozy and comfortable" atmosphere complete with polished brass and an eclectic collection of artifacts.  

A ceremonial ground breaking has been scheduled for September 16, 2004 with opening planned for Spring 2005.

COLUMBIA, MO. COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT
DEVELOPMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
           
            March 3, 2003, Columbia, MO.....Kinseth Hospitality Companies and Little Dixie Construction is pleased to announce  the development of the Columbia – Courtyard by Marriott located within the Concorde Office and Industrial Plaza, at Highway 63 and Nifong Boulevard on the southeast side of Columbia, Missouri.  The 130-unit hotel is being co-developed with Little Dixie Construction, a real estate development firm located in Columbia, Missouri, and Kinseth Hospitality Companies of North Liberty, Iowa. According to Leslie Kinseth, President of Kinseth Hospitality Companies, “We are excited to get started building of the Courtyard by Marriott.  With its convenient location on the south side of Columbia, we feel that the Courtyard will provide the area with a truly first-class hotel for both business and leisure travelers alike.”  In addition to the Courtyard Hotel, the developers plan on constructing approximately 6,000 square feet of meeting space, and a nationally branded, casual themed  restaurant for the development.
            The Courtyard by Marriott will feature 130 units, and is expected to open during the summer of 2004.  Some of the hotel’s features and amenities will include:·
